Recovery Staff Team Leader - Position open for self directed individual with excellent verbal & written communication skills to provide direct supervision to Residential Recovery Staff who provide direct care to residents in a community based recovery setting. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to carry out the clinical focus of our recovery model as well as the ability to coach and assist staff in providing supportive counseling, observing and recording of resident behaviors and assist residents to meet basic daily needs. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services plus 2 years relevant clinical experience or 2 years college plus 4 years experience.
Residential Recovery Staff - Full time and per diem positions for individuals interested in assisting residents in recovery and reintegration into the community. Ideal candidates will have the ability to provide supportive counseling, observing and recording of resident behaviors and assistance to meet basic daily needs.
Evening Nurse - Seeking an individual to provide professional nursing services to residents including providing direct nursing services, overseeing provision of care in line with treatment plans, administering medications as prescribed and providing clear & concise documentation. The shift for this position is 3pm – 11pm Mon – Fri. Per diem opportunities for all shifts are also available. Candidates should have an R.N. with current Vermont license and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse with current psychiatric and medical experience. The ideal candidate would possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and with residents and their families as well as professionals in the medical and mental health fields. Clinical Case Manager - Seeking a creative and imaginative person to provide individual and group counseling and social work services to persons with serious and persistent mental illness in a recovery based & trauma sensitive environment. Position is responsible for coordination of services with community mental health providers, psychiatric providers, and other community agencies. Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling with a minimum of 3 years success in motivating and encouraging individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
Vocational Specialist - Seeking an energetic, action oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide vocational services. Must have a willingness to outreach to businesses to develop job placement opportunities and build strong relationships with fellow professionals as well as work in collaboration with vocational training programs to insure skill development and long term re-integration into the community. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Part Time Housekeeper - Position open for self directed individual interested in general housekeeping and light maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to carry out regular as well as assigned duties and interact with staff and residents in a community based recovery setting. High school diploma or G.E.D. Previous experience a plus. Schedule is for weekends 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 20 hours per week.
